PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an integrated thin film solar cell etc. which reduces a dead area generated by forming division grooves, thereby relatively expanding a power generation area and improving photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the integrated thin film solar cell comprises: a laminated film production step for producing a laminated film obtained by laminating a first electrode layer, a semiconductor layer, and a second electrode layer in this order on a substrate; a division groove formation step for forming plural division grooves parallel to each other by selectively removing the laminated film to expose the surface of the substrate; and an electrical conduction step for bringing the second electrode layer of the laminated film being one of adjacent cells divided by the division grooves and the first electrode layer of the laminated film being the other of the adjacent cells into conduction via the division grooves. |
