PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more accurate production planning and production adjustment in a production control system by keeping track of the kinds and the number of parts produced by execution of each CAM program for producing plural kinds of parts and plural parts.SOLUTION: Internal texts of a CAM program are used as a formal language for analysis to determine the kinds and the number (breakdown) of parts, and the number of parts required to produce is subtracted from the determined kinds and number and the execution frequency. It is displayed in a comparison format whether or not the subtraction at each execution timing catches up with the required number of parts at each delivery time (past, present, and future). When plural CAM programs are intended for the same kind of parts, data equivalent to a simultaneous linear equation is created from each actual machining completion time and solved to determine the machining cost of each part. The latest cutting results are employed. Plural solutions yielded by plural data pieces are consolidated. The degrees of how the execution plans of CAM programs are less than or more than the capacities of processing machines (group) are displayed. |
