PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a roasted rice beverage using roasted polished rice as a raw material; and a method having excellent production suitability.SOLUTION: A method of producing a roasted rice beverage includes, as an extraction process, loading roasted polished rice into an extraction solvent supplied into an extraction device, and dissolving an ingredient of the rice, which is soluble in the extraction solvent, in the extraction solvent, so as to separate the extraction solvent and the rice. |
