摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of highly accurately detecting a focus by predicting a best focus correction amount in a best image surface position.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a storage part which stores the photographic parameter of the imaging apparatus, a correction amount storage part which stores the correction amount of a focusing position for each photographic parameter, a driving part which drives a part of a photographic optical system, for focusing, an imaging element which photoelectrically converts a subject image formed by the photographic optical system, an evaluation value calculation part which calculates a focus evaluation value from a signal obtained from the imaging element, a focusing position calculation part which calculates the focusing position from the focus evaluation value, an acquisition part which acquires the correction amount in each position of the photographic optical system from the correction amount storage part, before the focusing position is calculated by the focusing position calculation part, and a control part which corrects the focusing position calculated by the focusing position calculation part by using the correction amount acquired by the acquisition part and drives the driving part.</p>
