<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective display device, in which a margin for the accuracy of a via-hole can be maintained and opening of a via-hole at an undesirable position of a substrate can be prevented.SOLUTION: The reflective display device includes a display medium comprising at least one electro-responsive material sealed between two substrates opposing to each other, at least one of which has light-transmitting property. One substrate has light-transmitting property; and a light-transmitting electrode covering at least a display region, and a partition wall are disposed between the one substrate and the other substrate. A bar-like electrode is disposed on a surface at the one substrate side, of the other substrate; a wiring line part for display is disposed on an opposite surface of the other substrate to the one substrate; and a via-hole to pass a wiring line part for connection to connect the bar-like electrode and the wiring line part for display is formed in the other substrate. The bar-like electrode is formed wider in a transverse direction of the electrode in a part compared in other part of the electrode; and the via-hole is formed to overlap the wider part of the bar-like electrode.</p> |
