<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical detection device that contributes to improvement in resolving power in an optical axis direction without performing interpolation processing of a spectrum interference signal and re-sampling processing thereof software-wise.SOLUTION: An optical detection device 5 according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 5i that has sensitivity over a long wavelength from a short wavelength and is linearly disposed from a side receiving light of the short wavelength having a wavelength decomposed toward a side receiving light of the long wavelength; and a signal processing control unit 5k that acquires a spectrum interference signal S1 from each photoelectric conversion element 5i. The signal processing control unit 5k is configured to output the spectrum interference signal S1 having a periodical fluctuation due to a mixture of the wavelength corrected.</p> |
