<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external view finder which is inexpensive, compact, and has a simple structure and to provide display control of a camera corresponding to the external view finder.SOLUTION: A camera comprises: a display section (7 in Figure 1) having a touch panel; and a contact position detection section (9 in Figure 1) for recognizing an object contacting a display surface of the display section and detecting the position or area. The camera can arrange an optical member (8 in Figure 1) at any position on the display surface of the display section and changes a display size of the display section on the basis of information on the area detected by a contact position detecting section when the contact position detecting section recognizes that the optical member is arranged on the display section.</p> |
