PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable hydrogen storage alloy to be uniformly and easily charged when the hydrogen storage alloy is charged.SOLUTION: When hydrogen storage alloy is charged in a container by resin complex material having hydrogen storage alloy particles or powder, resin and carbon fiber mixed to each other, the container is vibrated in upward or downward direction preferably during charging operation at a prescribed frequency of preferably about 30 to 70 Hz to adjust a filling rate of the hydrogen storage alloy in the container, so that it is possible to charge the hydrogen storage alloy in the container at a desired filling rate and further the filling rate can be uniformly adjusted and charging can be carried out, resulting in that a pressure loss in the container can be restricted low, a dispersion of hydrogen emission performance becomes low, the emission speed can be improved and the alloy charging work time can be substantially shortened. |
