PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine a component to be replaced and renew use component information for each lift without adding identification information to each component.SOLUTION: A lift component information management system 1 comprises: image analysis means 2 for storing use component management information 5 for each lift and character information and appearance information 3 for each component, analysing a picked-up image obtained by imaging the component, and extracting images of characters and components included in the picked-up image; and component determination means 4 for collating the characters and the component image extracted by the image analysis means 2 with the character information and the appearance information 3 for each component to determine coincident component information. The component is determined from imaging information obtained by picking up an image using a terminal device 6 including imaging means 7 and communication means 9 to a component information management server 1, using the image analysis means 2 and the component determination means 4. The use component management information 5 for each lift is renewed by the determined component information, and the component information determined by the terminal device 6 is allowed to be confirmed. |
