PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress nonuniformity of illumination light at a light emission part including a plurality of phosphor materials.SOLUTION: A light emission part (1) includes a lamination of a phosphor layer (10a) including first phosphor particles which receive excitation light and emit fluorescent light having a first peak wavelength and a phosphor layer (10b) including second phosphor particles which receive excitation light and emit fluorescent light having a second peak wavelength. The light emission part (1) is provided with a reflective member (11) which prevents the fluorescent light from leaking on a side face of the light emission part (1) having a top surface where illumination light including the fluorescent light that the first phosphor particles and second phosphor particles emit.
