PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a configuration that can identify a stock place requiring a repair component to be replenished.SOLUTION: A remote server receives machine identification information serving as information identifying a working machine or a vessel, and prescribed operation data from the working machine or the vessel, and the remote server is configured to identify a service foothold that holds jurisdiction over the working machine or the vessel on the basis of the machine identification information; determine a repair component to be required by the service foothold and a replenishment time of the repair component on the basis of a regular maintenance history to be separately input or a regular maintenance history received from the working machine or the vessel and operation data received from the working machine or the vessel; and advise the service foothold that the repair component is required at an early stage in a prescribed time than the determined repair time. |
