PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent winding disorder of wiring of a coil when a plurality of coils are wound around teeth.SOLUTION: An armature core includes a plurality of radially extending teeth 12. On the drum section 12a of each teeth, a plurality of coils 91, 92, and 93 are wound in a concentration winding method. With an armature core 8A, the winding 14 at the lowermost side of the coil of at least the first layer is closely wound on the winding surface at the substrate side of the drum section, and at the same time, at least part of the coil of a second layer to be wound later is superposed and wound on the coil of the first layer. A step 12a1 is provided as a restriction section for restricting displacement of the position, in the extension direction of the drum section, of the winding at the lowermost side of the coil of the first layer in at least part of the winding surface of the coil of the first layer of the outer periphery of the drum section. |
