PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for the improvement of corrosion resistance instead of the addition of an SiNcomponent (silicon nitride iron) in a mud material for filling a blast furnace tap hole, thus to improve the corrosion resistance of the mud material.SOLUTION: Provided is a mud material for filling a blast furnace tap hole containing a refractory raw material and a binder, in which, into the total 100 mass% of the refractory raw material, an AlOC component is contained by 15 to 90 mass% and a C component is contained by 1 to 30 mass%, and also, the content of the SiNis 5 mass% or lower, and the content of an SiOis 30 mass% or lower. |
