PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric carrier which is excellent in intracellular delivery ability.SOLUTION: A polymeric carrier for intracellular delivery consists of copolymers having segment (A) in which a cationic monomer and a monomer having a ligand having binding ability to cell surface are subjected to at least random copolymerization. Preferably the copolymer further has segment (B) having a group capable of adsorption to inorganic microparticles, further has segment (C) having a positive charge larger than the positive charge of segment (A), or has micelle formation ability.
