摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress voltage fluctuation in a circuit regenerating a counter electromotive voltage generated in a head drive coil of a dot impact printer.SOLUTION: A smoothing circuit 14 of a counter electromotive voltage regeneration circuit 10 is connected to a coil 200 via a first switch circuit 13 and smooths and outputs a counter electromotive voltage generated in the coil 200. A first detection circuit 11 outputs a first signal in a case where a counter electromotive voltage generated in the coil 200 is equal to a predetermined voltage Vst1 or more. A first switch circuit 13 is turned on according to an output of the first signal and provides electrical continuity between the coil 200 and the smoothing circuit 14. A second detection circuit 15 outputs a second signal in a case where a counter electromotive voltage generated in the coil 200 is equal to a predetermined voltage Vst2 or less. A second switch circuit 16 turns off the first switch circuit 13 according to an output of the second signal.
