PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system which makes hot air of light sources less likely to diffuse to peripheries of the light sources and improves the utilization efficiency of the cooling resource at the entire light sources.SOLUTION: A lighting system 100 includes: multiple light sources 101a to 101c; a refrigerant circulation circuit 102; and a control device 104. The refrigerant circulation circuit 102 includes: a main passage 115 in which a refrigerant flows; and multiple split flow passages 117a to 117c connected with the main passage 115 in a parallel manner. The split flow passages 117a to 117c respectively include flow control valves 118a to 118c. The split flow passages 117a to 117c are thermally coupled to the respective light sources 101a to 101c. The control device 104 individually controls the flow control valves 118a to 118c.
