PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an entry permit card for a visitor to be issued and to promptly notify a responder to respond to a visitor of a visit.SOLUTION: An image forming device includes: a first acquisition part for acquiring visitor information relating to a visitor and notification destination information showing a notification destination to a responder responding to a visitor; a second acquisition part for acquiring responder information including the notification destination to the other changed responder when the responder is changed; a notification part for notifying the visit of the visitor to the notification destination to the other responder shown by the responder information when the second acquisition part acquires the responder information, and notifying the visit of the visitor to the notification destination shown by the notification destination information acquired by the first acquisition part when the second acquisition part does not acquire the responder information; and an issuing part for issuing a permit card showing that an entry of the visitor is permitted based on the visitor information acquired by the first acquisition part. |
