PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management system, a point management method, and a program which reduce time and effort required for managing welfare that relates to travel provided to an employee from a company.SOLUTION: The point management system comprises: a point management storage unit which stores identification information and remaining points in association with each other; a welfare application information reception unit which receives the welfare application information from a welfare application server; a point management unit which updates, on the basis of used points included in the received welfare application information, the remaining points stored in the point management unit, which corresponds to the identification information included in the welfare application information received by the welfare application information reception unit; and a report data generation unit which extracts information corresponding to preset report items from the point management storage unit and creates and transmits report data to a terminal device of a person in charge of managing a welfare service in the company for the object person. |
