PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample-hold circuit capable of suppressing fluctuation in hold output by reducing leak of a high-frequency signal, and to provide a high-frequency receiver.SOLUTION: One end of a ground switch Tis connected to an input signal of a sampling switch element Tconnected in series to an input terminal Vinp of a high-frequency signal, and the another end is grounded. The ground switch Tis configured to perform a switching operation according to an inverted signal of a control signal for performing a switching operation of the sampling switch element T. A matching circuit M may also be provided closer to the input side than the ground switch Tso as to match an impedance to a circuit at the input side of the sampling switch element T. An inductor I may also be provided in parallel with the ground switch Tso as to form a parallel resonance circuit with the ground switch Twhen the ground switch Tis turned off.
