PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make another desired apparatus easily execute a job if abnormality occurs in an apparatus instructed to execute the job by a user.SOLUTION: As means for performing control relating to a job to be executed in an MFP 200a, a job control device includes: a job registration part 222 for storing the job to be executed in a job queue 231; a job execution part 224 for executing the job stored in the job queue 231; a terminal detection part 225 for detecting a portable terminal device 300 including a job information receiving part 326 and a saving job information registration part 332; and a job information transfer part 227 by which, if the terminal detection part 225 detects the portable terminal device 300 in the state where abnormality occurs in the job execution part 224 and no job can be executed, information about the jobs stored in the job queue 231 is transmitted to the detected portable terminal device 300.
