<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a simulation power supply device capable of supplying a load current to a current circuit of a watthour meter even when a load of a customer is not operated, thereby enabling the watthour meter to perform measurement; and a normal measurement confirmation device capable of determining a meter failure and error connection of a measurement device even in a state where a load is not operated yet at newly-established customer by using a watthour meter error measurement apparatus or a reference meter in combination.SOLUTION: A simulation power supply device 101 comprises: a test plug 11 that fits to a test switch SW1 connected between a meter 20 and a VCT, and is interposed by a terminal of the test SW1 on the meter 20 side and a terminal thereof on the VCT side in a state where the test SW1 is opened; and a simulation load circuit 12 that is formed by a step-down type transformer Tr in which a primary side of the Tr is connected to voltage terminals of the test plug 11 on the meter 20 side and the VCT side, and a secondary side of the Tr is connected to a current terminal on the meter 20 side.</p> |
