PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber sensor device allowing easy characteristic measurement of a liquid under various environments.SOLUTION: The optical fiber sensor device includes: an optical fiber 2; and at least one hole 3 that includes a pair of opening ends 4a and 4b in side surfaces of the optical fiber 2 and is formed so that the opening ends 4a and 4b communicate with each other via a core 2a of the optical fiber 2. When light is input from one end of the optical fiber 2 in a state where liquid to be measured is intruded into the hole 3, the light coming out of the optical fiber 2 via the hole 3 is output as the light for measuring the characteristic of the liquid.
