<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration feeder that can stabilize the amount of exhausted particulates per unit hour.SOLUTION: A vibration feeder has, on an upper face of a trough 10 thereof, a conveyance groove 30 and a planar placement face 40 adjacent ot the conveyance groove 30. The conveyance groove 30 is recessed downward to be lower than the placement face 40 and extended in a conveyance direction. The conveyance groove 30 has at least a converging part 302 near a bottom part thereof. A width of the converging part 302 is gradually narrowed as approaching downward. In the converging part 302, contact resistance between at least a part of particulates and a bottom plate part 11 gets larger. This causes conveyance speed of particulates in the conveyance groove 30 to be faster than conveyance speed of particulates on the placement face 40. Further the particulates on the placement face 40 are dropped into the conveyance groove 30 accompanying conveyance, so that finally most particulates are exhausted from a downstream side end part of the conveyance groove 30. This can stabilize an amount of the exhausted particulates per unit hour.</p> |
