PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stainless water conduit material for an angular part in which waveform cross sections are accurately butt-welded to each other.SOLUTION: A downstream-side part 11 and an upstream-side part 12 are obtained by obliquely cutting a stainless water conduit material 1. When drawing a scribe line K for instance at an internal face of the stainless water conduit material 1 for the cut, a plurality of reference liens n in a water-conduit extension direction are drawn in a width direction in advance at an internal face of the stainless water conduit material 1, cut end face positions on the respective reference lines n are acquired as distances L from one end face 1e, and marks m are printed. By making a scale which is bendable and flexible along an inner hull shape of the stainless water conduit material 1 curve along positions of the marks m, the scribe line is drawn. Both parts 11, 12 are obtained by being cut along the scribe line, only both end parts in a width direction are welded by making cut end faces abut on each other, both the end parts are rigidly held by gripping means, both the end parts are integrated with each other by welding the whole of the cut end face part, and then, immovable body coating treatment is applied to the welded part. |
