PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect an inspection result in inspecting the presence/absence of a defect in concrete.SOLUTION: The soundness inspection device of a concrete structure is attached to a hammer for hitting the concrete structure and determines the soundness of the concrete structure. The soundness inspection device includes: an acceleration sensor 11 for measuring the acceleration by the hitting of the hammer; a hitting effectiveness determination unit 12 for determining whether the hitting by the hammer is effective for determining the soundness of the concrete structure on the basis of the acceleration measured by the acceleration sensor 11; and a hitting effectiveness transmission unit 13 for transmitting the determination result of the hitting effectiveness determination unit 12 to an inspection person.
