PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently removing oil content from oil-containing water at a low cost.SOLUTION: A method for removing oil content from oil-containing water represented by accompanying water includes: a step of adding an adsorption flocculant for absorbing and aggregating oil content, such as talc, to the oil-containing water so as to bring a concentration of oil content in the oil-containing water to a concentration of the adsorption flocculant in the oil-containing water to a prescribed concentration ratio; and a step of filtration treating the oil-containing water added with the adsorption flocculant. It is preferable to perform adjustment of the concentration ratio by circulating the oil-containing water by filtration treatment of a cross-flow method. When an oil content in the oil-containing water and a concentration of the adsorption flocculant are made to A(mg/L) and B(mg/L) when performing filtration treatment of the oil-containing water added with the adsorption flocculant, a concentration ratio A/B is preferably 0.5-10. |
