<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging/dispensing support system useful for quickly dissolving uneven distribution of dispensing workload and reducing a ratio of manual pharmaceutical dispensing work.SOLUTION: Stagnant blocks in need of help are clearly presented by tabulating data of the number of waiting cases for dispensing and wait times in each of dispensing blocks 13-18 and displaying them on a screen of a portable terminal 19. Further, a screen display and printing are executed by contrasting between a used amount of cassette packaged pharmaceuticals and a used amount of cassette non-packaged pharmaceuticals related to a pharmaceutical packaging machine of a packaging/dispensing block 17, so as to enable an objective evaluation of the cassette packaged pharmaceuticals and appropriately select a cassette packaged pharmaceutical and a cassette non-packaged pharmaceutical that are to be replaced.</p> |
