PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit having low power consumption.SOLUTION: There is provided a switch circuit for switching connection between a power supply and a capacitor, where the switch circuit includes: a drive capacitor terminal connected to the power supply; a drive capacitor to be charged by the power supply; a first switch connected between the power supply and the drive capacitor terminal; a second switch connected between the power supply and a capacitor terminal included in the capacitor; and a switch control unit that operates using the drive capacitor as a power source and controls on-off of the first and second switches on the basis of voltage of the drive capacitor terminal.
