<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation detector in which wrong detection is suppressed.SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. 1(a) and Fig. 1(b), a touch sensor 1 is substantially constituted to include a panel 5 having an operation region 52 where operation is performed, a detection electrode 3 arranged on the back side of the operation region 52, and performing electrostatic coupling with an operation finger approaching and touching the operation region 52, a shield 4 arranged around the detection electrode 3 while insulated therefrom, and suppressing the impact of electromagnetic waves on the detection electrode 3, and a low dielectric constant portion 55 provided on the panel 5 to face the shield 4, and having a dielectric constant lower than that of the panel 5.</p> |
