PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive building structure by improving working efficiency, by forming a framework of the building structure by polyvinyl chloride.SOLUTION: A building structure comprises a foundation 11 formed of concrete, a polyvinyl chloride pipe 12 fixed on the foundation 11 and forming a framework structure 13, inside structural plywood 61a arranged inside the framework structure 13 and outside structural plywood 61b arranged outside the framework structure 13, and a three-layer structure 65 for holding the framework structure of the polyvinyl chloride pipe 12 is formed of the inside structural plywood 61a and the outside structural plywood 61b, and the three-layer structure is formed by filling an intermediate cavity part in the three-layer structure 65 with a urethane resin 62.
