<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a posture holding mechanism from becoming large, and perform the posture holding of a loading platform accurately.SOLUTION: A transport device comprises: a carriage 20 that travels on wheels along a transport line having an arcuate curved part; a loading platform 40 supported to the carriage 20 in a horizontally rotatable state; and a posture holding mechanism 30 for horizontally rotating the loading platform 40 in a direction opposite from a curved direction of the curved part, and holding a direction of the loading platform 40 in a constant direction on the basis of a rotational speed difference between an outside wheel 25 of the carriage 20 which rotates on the outer peripheral side of the curved part and an inside wheel 25 of the carriage 20 which rotates on the inner peripheral side of the curved part when the carriage 20 travels the curved part of the transport line.</p> |
