PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device for a fuel tank in which a fuel hardly enters a fuel vapor discharge port even when a vehicle is turned around or overturned.SOLUTION: A valve device 10 for a fuel tank has: a housing 15 in which a valve chamber is provided below and a draft chamber is provided above via a partition wall; a fuel vapor pipeline connected to the housing 15 so as to communicate with the draft chamber; and float valves 30, 50 accommodated in the valve chamber so as to lift up and down freely. A fuel vapor discharge port 71 for communicating with the fuel vapor pipeline is formed on an inner wall of the draft chamber. A cylindrical wall 74 for surrounding the fuel vapor discharge port 71 is provided in a protrusive manner toward the inside of the draft chamber at predetermined length. A gap C1 is formed between an outer peripheral surface at a portion leading to an extension direction tip at least from the middle of the extension direction of the cylindrical wall 74 and an inner surface of a ceiling wall 80.
