<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaeration hollow fiber membrane module of an internal perfusion type, excellent in deaerating performance even when a deaeration target liquid is passed through the module at a high flow volume and low in pressure loss.SOLUTION: Provided is a hollow fiber membrane module 10 configured so that a plurality of hollow fiber membranes is fixed into a module case 12 by a resin in a state in which bot end portions of the module case 12 are open, and a liquid inlet 13a is formed in one of caps 13 and 14 attached to the respective end portions of the module case 12 and a liquid outlet 14a is formed in the other cap, treated water having a dissolved oxygen removal rate of not less than 50% and a pressure loss of the liquid inlet 13a and the liquid outlet 14a of not more than 5.0kPa if water at a water temperature of 25°C and a dissolved oxygen concentration of 8 mg/L is introduced from the liquid inlet 13a at a flow velocity of 1000 mL/min and the treated water is obtained from the liquid outlet 14a while keeping an outside of the hollow fiber membranes in a decompressed state at a pressure of 13kPa through an exhaust port 12a.</p> |
