PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily succeed a file between persons in charge.SOLUTION: A folder search part 303 outputs a search file list 400 including information such as a file name, hierarchy information, a time stamp of final updating and a storage position as search result output of performing folder search processing on an electronic file accumulation part 301. The folder search part 303 performs HTML conversion on the search file list 400. In that case, the folder search part 303 embeds a bird's-eye module 303d that is a script for implementing functions of a bird's-eye interface into the converted HTML file and generates data 500a of the bird's-eye interface. A user terminal 200 performs browser display of the data 500a of the bird's-eye interface and implements the functions of the bird's-eye interface by means of the bird's-eye module 303d embedded into the data 500a of the bird's-eye interface, thereby easily performing a file search.
