PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device and a method of assembling the power supply device.SOLUTION: A power supply device includes a body, a battery, a metal ring, a cover, a connecting part, and a metal upper plate. A receiving space is formed in the body. An opening communicating with the receiving space is formed on a surface of the body. The battery is disposed in the receiving space. The metal ring is disposed around the opening. The cover covers the receiving space and the metal ring around the opening. The metal ring fuses the body with the cover by high-frequency heating. The metal upper plate is disposed in the receiving space, and covers one side of the battery, the side receiving high-frequency heating. The connecting part is disposed to the body or the cover and connected to the battery. In the power supply device of the present invention, the body and the cover around the metal ring are fused to be integrated by high-frequency heating of the metal ring, the battery is completely sealed in the body, and the battery is covered with the metal upper plate to separate high-frequency energy, so that the battery can be prevented from being damaged by the high frequency. |
