PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interaction (interactive information transmission) method for medical examination and treatment support, and to provide a system.SOLUTION: The interaction method is provided, including: a step in which an input interface 2 of an assistant device 1 detects input information including information of medical equipment 21 and/or an operator 24 and/or a patient 23; a step for transmitting the detected input information from the input interface to a calculation unit 11; a step for processing the input information by the calculation unit; a step for preparing an interaction instruction on the basis of the input information processed by the calculation unit; a step for transmitting the prepared interaction instruction from the calculation unit to an interaction interface 3 of the assistant device; and a step in which the interaction interface executes interaction with surroundings of the assistant device on the basis of the interaction instruction.
