PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and quickly install a solar panel without using a concrete foundation even in site fabrication or foundation blocks, while adjustment of an attachment angle of the solar panel is easy.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic generation apparatus 1 includes as illustrated in Figure 1 to Figure 4: a pile 2 that may be installed on a ground surface; a pedestal 3 that is inserted in the pile 2; a moving device 4 that is provided at a lower part of the pedestal 3 and movably supports the pedestal 3 in a state where the pile 2 is pulled out from the ground surface; a post 5 extended upward from the pedestal 3; and a solar panel 6 mounted to the post 5 at an arbitrary elevation/depression angle. The post 5 is so configured that the pedestal 3 is rotatable against the pile 2 about an axis of the pile 2. |
