<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate unit, occurrence of manufacturing failure of which can be suppressed, and to provide an electrochemical cell unit and a manufacturing method of an electrochemical cell unit.SOLUTION: A substrate unit includes a substrate 20 having a wiring pattern 26 and lands 30, and on which an electronic element is mounted, and a positive electrode tab 15 and a negative electrode tab 16 having a joint 17 extending from an electrochemical cell, and joined to the lands 30 by resistance-welding. The land 30 includes a first layer 31 formed of a material mainly composed of copper, and a second layer 32 formed of a material mainly composed of nickel, and phosphorus is added to the second layer 32.</p> |
