PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of suppressing a noise or the like caused by the magnetostriction of a lead, a light source unit, and an image display device using the same.SOLUTION: The light source device in one embodiment of this technique includes a light source part, a substrate, a base part, and a vibration suppression mechanism. The light source part includes the lead and a light-emitting part emitting light by a current from the lead. The substrate includes a wiring part electrically connected to the lead and supplying the current to the lead. The base part includes a first surface connected to the light source part, a second surface being opposite to the first surface and connected to the substrate, and a through-hole which penetrates between the first surface and the second surface and into which the lead is inserted. The vibration suppression mechanism includes a vibration suppression part including a side wall part inserted into the through-hole, so as to surround the circumference of the lead and connected to the substrate and a fixing part fixing the lead to the side wall part. |
