PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a force applied to a high-pressure discharge lamp when an external force is applied to a feeder line.SOLUTION: A light source unit 3 includes: a high-pressure discharge lamp 23 having first and second external electrodes 61, 63 on both ends, and radiating light by feeding power to the first and second external electrodes 61, 63; a concave reflection mirror 24, which is the concave reflection mirror 24 for reflecting the light radiated from the high-pressure discharge lamp 23, having an opening 32 for receiving one end of the high-pressure discharge lamp 23 in the center; a base 33 for holding the one end of the high-pressure discharge lamp 23 so that a first feeder line 25 can be connected to the first external electrode 61; a reinforcement member 34 for covering at least one part on the back surface of the concave reflection mirror 24; and a restriction member 36 held between the back surface of the concave reflection mirror 24 and the reinforcement member 34 and restricting a movable range of a second feeder line 27. The restriction member 36 comes into contact with one part of the second feeder line 27. |
