PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire and a pneumatic tire, and a manufacturing device for a pneumatic tire, in which electron beam is not irradiated to a part that does not require insulation and also the electron beam is not irradiated to an inner liner when preventing occurrence of waving phenomena, and which can be used for a carcass ply using a steel cord.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire which manufactures the pneumatic tire by laminating an inner liner, insulation and a carcass ply to mold a green tire and then vulcanization-molding the green tire, a semi-vulcanized rubber strip is attached to a space between the insulation and the carcass ply before the carcass ply is laminated on the insulation. |
