<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation signal output circuit capable of not outputting an oscillation signal, until amplitude of the oscillation signal becomes greater than a predetermined value.SOLUTION: An oscillation signal output circuit 100 includes: a comparator 2 for generating a differential signal according to a voltage difference between an oscillation signal voltage and a reference signal voltage; a diode 3 whose anode is connected to an output terminal of the comparator 2; a capacitor 4 connected between the cathode of the diode and ground; and an AND gate 7 for switching whether to output an oscillation signal or not, according to a voltage at a connection point of the diode 3 and the capacitor 4. The oscillation signal output circuit 100 may further include a resistor connected between the cathode of the diode and ground.</p> |
