<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of improving the cooling performance in a limited region in a heat build-up type electronic component, particularly in a tile type phased-array antenna which has dispositional limitation due to increase of heating density and thermal resistance accompanying reduction of size and thickness in the electronic device.SOLUTION: A tile like module is given a cooling pole function to thereby improve the cooling performance by increased heat transfer area. Also, by adding the cooling pole function to an electrical connector of the module, optimum cooling performance is obtained in a limited region.</p> |
