摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor allowing a viewer to view HDR dynamic images without feeling nauseous due to sharp changes of picture signals.SOLUTION: The image processor at the supply side of HDR dynamic images is configured to extract change information of picture signals from original HDR dynamic images and outputs the same together with the HDR dynamic images. The change information of the picture signals includes information such as the position where the picture signals sharply change and the amount of the change, and is output prior to the position where the picture signals sharply change. On the other hand, the image processor at the reproduction side of the HDR dynamic images applies a processing on the supplied HDR dynamic images based on the change information to prevent sharp changes of the picture signals.
