<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the position of a target without unveiling the position of a sensor body.SOLUTION: The detection system of the present invention includes: a plurality of sensors 10 for receiving an acoustic signal that is issued from a sound source and propagates underwater; and a monitoring device 20 capable of communicating with the plurality of sensors 10. The monitoring device 20 includes a detection unit 23 for determining the generation position of a transient signal on the basis of the transient signal reception time as the time when each of the plurality of sensors 10 receives the transient signal having a predetermined waveform and the positional information of the plurality of sensors 10.</p> |
