<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid amplification chip capable of accurately measuring the quantity of fluorescent light without being affected by reflection components of excitation light by a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method for selectively amplifying a specific gene sequence among an enormous number of gene sequences.SOLUTION: A nucleic acid amplification chip 1, which amplifies nucleic acids of a double-stranded DNA by the PCR method, includes a board 2 on which a plurality of wells 3 for amplifying double-stranded nucleic acids are formed. Bottom surfaces in the plurality of wells 3 have a function of preventing reflection of excitation light applied to the double-stranded nucleic acids.</p> |
