PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce surface dew condensation inside a wooden building or internal dew condensation inside a specific wall body.SOLUTION: A wooden framework structure building 1 includes, as a ventilation path, a space surrounded by: a foundation 2 including a ventilation communication hole 2A that is formed so as to penetrate the foundation 2 and allows ventilation from a ventilation unit 20 to pass; a girt 4 and a pole plate 6 individually supporting respective layers constructed over the foundation 2; and poles 3 installed so as to stand between the foundation 2 and the girt 4 or between the girt 4 and the pole plate 6, respectively. An airflow from the ventilation unit 20 is raised across ventilation paths positioned vertically, through communication holes 4A, 6A of the girt 4 and the pole plate 6, is carried to an attic space 7, and is discharged to the outside of the building.
