<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support firmly an above-car handrail device above a car with a simple structure while preventing the above-car handrail device and a canopy from increasing in weight.SOLUTION: An above-car handrail device 31 comprises: an upper horizontal handrail 32 arranged horizontally; an intermediate horizontal handrail 33 arranged horizontally; a pair of vertical handrails 34 vertically erected on a canopy 30; and a pair of elastic supporting portions 35. The elastic supporting portion 35 is laid between a lower end part of each vertical handrail 34 and the canopy 30. Each vertical handrail 34 is connected to the canopy 30 through the elastic supporting portion 35. Each elastic supporting portion 35 can be elastically deformed in the vertical direction. This allows the elastic supporting portions 35 to absorb displacement in the vertical direction of a car interior 27 relative to a car frame 21.</p> |
