PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus which can improve a shading characteristic with a simple structure and without taking time in data processing.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging apparatus includes: an imaging section; a first reading signal line; a second reading signal line; and an exposure time control section. The imaging section includes a plurality of pixels which are two-dimensionally arranged in matrix. The first reading signal line controls reading of electric charges accumulated in the plurality of pixels and is connected to a first pixel arranged in a center of a first row where the plurality of pixels are disposed. The second reading signal line controls the reading of the electric charges accumulated in the plurality of pixels and is connected to the second pixel disposed at a peripheral section outer than the center of the first row. The exposure time control section controls the exposure time of the second pixel to be longer than the exposure time of the first pixel. |
