PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the data amount of transferred window image data in a window image display system that transfers the image data of the window via a communication network or the like and displays an image of the window on a screen by using the transferred image data.SOLUTION: A window image display system includes: a window image creation device 100 that identifies a region including a part where there is difference between an image before update and an image after the update of a window in the image after the update of the window as a block about an image of a window which is a unit of an image displayed on a screen, and creates and transmits block data including data of an image of the block; and a display image creation device 200 that receives the block data transmitted by the window image creation device and updates a display window image which is an image of a window displayed on the screen on the basis of data of the image of the block included in the received block data.
